1.The equipment is automatically controlled by PLC for the whole operation
2. Function: can produce IGU, Stepped IGU, Triple IGU and shaped IGU.
3.Identify the coating on glass, suitable for washing different kind of glass.
4.The whole equipment is bendable and the structure can be taken apart, which is easy for transportation.
5.The silencer door design in the washing and drying station is used to lower the noise of drying station.
6. The lateral and below positioning of aluminum frame adopts manual adjustable sealant depth type. The positioning of aluminum frame adopts compressed spring and rubber block buffer type structure, it can be adjusted according to the thickness of the glass.

7.The pressing robot adopts adjustable structure which makes the pressing of two pieces of glass more even. The lifting beam uses cylinder and servo Electric handspike, when the machine making normal insulating glass, the cylinder works, when the machine making stepped unit, both the cylinder and Electric handspike work. Even if the servo motor doesn’t work, the machine can still makes normal insulating glass.
